In a federal court lawsuit filed last week Reno, Gene Jordan claims he was choked and roughed up during an April 10, 2001 arrest.Jordan's lawyer, Andy Boles, said a videotape of the incident taken by a bystander shows one officer lifting Jordan by the neck after they stopped him following a chase on a traffic violation.
Jordan claims he lost consciousness as the officer held his neck and lifted him off the ground.
