{Just on the by and by, people are confused by large dollar amounts, when things *cost* millions and billions.
The hurricane did $300 million worth of damage. It just sort of stops there.
But that doesn't mean anything tangible. Did it take that money out of circulation, out to sea? No. Did it take it and give it to another community somewhere else? Hmm.
It has a lot more to do with what the Insurance Companies have to pay out, maybe. And that money goes *in* to the community not out, for the most part.

So. Now the most powerful man on earth wants to spend $87 billion on a war, on terrorism if I have it right. And people just roll over with that. Spend it it's gone.
But in reality it's going right out of the pockets of the American people and into the pockets of Bush's lodge brothers.
It isn't going to disappear, though it is going to vanish. And then magically, hey presto!, reappear, elsewhere.}
