Apparently American companies have enough money to sock away oodles in offshore tax havens, make perfectly outrageous campaign contributions to the Republican of their choice, and cut CEOs compensation packages that would make a sultan feel like trailer trash, but discuss something that will actually do something for people who work for a living, and suddenly American industry is as fragile as a preemie crack baby.
