This post from J. Harrison at inanis et vacua, and this comment (#14) at this post at Crooked Timber, are both about something that I'm meditating on or around, and that nothing in the Judeo-Christian moral scheme gets near, as it's codified and practiced.
I'm going to try and get something down about that soon, but this for now.
